Basic Information

Angela’s faith in Leon is what gave the Primogen Council the final push to make Leon prince when she stepped down. Many of the cities Kindred were worried he was seeking power for powers sake but he has thus far proven himself to genuinely want what’s best for the Kindred of Chicago. His strange white hair and modern clothes have made him very trendy looking. Rumor has it that he was a French officer sent to aid the colonists during the Revolutionary War, but he has neither confirmed nor denied this.

Affiliations

He allied with the Tremere and Toreador Primogen calling themselves the triumvirate. Since Nadine’s deposement, and the subsequent rumor that the Toreador Primogen was nothing more than her puppet, their ties are understandably loosened. Leon is wary of making close allies with any of the primogen as he does not want to appear to be playing favorites. That being said he is often seen with the Ventrue Primogen Magdelena. And the new Senschal Anthony Vimes.

Known Hangouts

Leon is a workaholic so he can almost always be found in his office above the Chicago mercantile exchange. If he is not there he is generally meeting with one member or another of the Primogen council, foreign dignitaries, or other important guests in Chicago. These nights, he rarely gets the chance to hunt as he used to.

Opinions of Others

Grolfnar Ericson – Gangrel Primogen: “He’s got more balls than I first gave him credit for…maybe he has what it takes to run Chicago after all”
Valor “Valarie” VonTungsten – Malkavian Primogen: “He’s a bit of a twit. Tried to buy my candy company once. Maxwell smiled at him until he stopped and went away. They stopped having the meetings at Maxwell House after that…”
Jaque Strappe – Vagrant Prince of Chicago: “Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? There is more hope of a fool than of him”
Leopold – Tremere Primogen: “A capable leader, thus far. Though it is early, and the nights can be long
